Shipping Information
We ship all orders by courier service from Mondays to Fridays. All customers should expect to receive their orders within 1-5 business days FROM the day the courier picks up the packages, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on week days before 1pm are shipped on the same day. Orders placed on week days after 1pm are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are delivered to your door. Please note that business days do note include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Time Frames
Gauteng: Orders placed before 1pm on business days are shipped on the same day and customers within Gauteng can expect to receive their packages on the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next business day and delivery should be expected on the following business day.
Major Municipalities Outside Gauteng: Customers in major municipalities in other provinces can expect to receive their orders in 3 business days.
Outlying Areas: Customers in outlying areas can expect delivery in 5 business days and those in rural areas can expect delivery in 7 business days.
